Michèle Hecken is an ex-CEO who helps high-performing leaders design an organization where each person spends their time working on things they love.

Over 25 years, Michèle built a global, multi-million-dollar translation company. Her journey looked like that of many successful entrepreneurs except for one key difference: she was the “Absent CEO.” Michèle turned the company into a well-oiled machine that continued to scale without needing her to micro-manage people, systems, and business units.

Despite being a single mother, Michele lived a life of freedom, growth, financial success and happiness – all while scaling her company.

She sold the company at a premium – culminating in a high-7-figure exit – because she had leveraged one superpower:
